With over 40 years of experience as a licensed mental health counselor, I am dedicated to helping individuals, families, and couples overcome challenges, build resilience, and unlock their full potential. My approach focuses on identifying and transforming the patterns that may be holding you back from achieving happiness and personal growth.
I specialize in supporting adults, adolescents, and children through a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Parenting support and life skills development
  • Grief and loss

Beyond clinical counseling, I offer expertise in Collaborative Law as a Family Specialist, Child Specialist, and Divorce Coach. I also provide support for individuals and families navigating bariatric surgery, including pre-and post-surgery preparation, behavioral adjustments, and family dynamics.
I hold a B.S. in Child Development and Family Relationships and an M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Eastern Washington University. I am proud to be a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Certified Distance Counselor (CDC). Curriculum Vitae.
